How to enable the Activities panel in forms​

Steps:

  1. Go to Admin Tools → Security.
  2. Choose the permission group related to the user.
  3. Under Web UI Permissions, enable Activities.
  4. The panel will appear in forms where activities are configured.

How to assign permissions for announcement management​

Steps:

  1. Open Admin Tools → Security.
  2. Choose the appropriate permission group.
  3. Under Web UI Permissions, enable one or more of:
    • Announcement > Create
    • Announcement > Read
    • Announcement > Update
    • Announcement > Delete

How to grant Web UI Access permission​

Steps:

  1. Go to Admin Tools → Security.
  2. Select the relevant permission group.
  3. Under Web UI Permissions, enable Web UI Access.
  4. Ensure System > System Access is also granted for login to work.

How to trace Web UI permission inheritance​

Steps:

  1. In the Security module, locate the user�s group.
  2. Find the relevant Web UI permission entry.
  3. Click on the "Reason" button to view the source of inheritance.
  4. Adjust permissions from the originating group if needed.
